2021 How to Choose the Right Bathroom Faucets?
There are 3 main types of bathroom sink faucets: single handle, centerset and widespread.
How do you know which one is best for your home? That will depend largely on how many pre-drilled holes you have on your sink or countertop. Typically, you’ll have either a 1-hole or 3-hole configuration. For one-hole configurations, it's best to go with a single-handle bathroom faucet or single-control faucet. A centerset bathroom faucet fits 3-hole configurations, where the holes are no more than 4 inches apart. If you have your heart set on a single-handle faucet, but you have a 3-hole configuration, don’t worry. You have some flexibility because most single-handle sink faucets also include an optional deckplate to install over a 3-hole sink. Larger spaces can accommodate widespread bath sink faucets with holes from 6-16 inches apart.
Another part of your decision-making will be choosing the number of handles you’d like and the mounting location. Your new sink faucet may sit upon the sink itself or the countertop or you may have a wall-mounted bathroom sink faucet. No matter what type of bathroom sink faucet you need – we’ve got you covered.
