HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders from our store typically ship after 3 to 5 business days and the total processing and delivery time would be 15-20 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system, which means you might not be able to get the tracking information in the first 24-48 hours. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our support team.
If your order has not arrived after 15 business days (domestic) and 25 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.

When will my card be charged?
Just after your order has been successfully placed.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will be charged upon ordering and your order will be shipped within the time stated on the product specific page or mentioned under the "Shipping Policies" section of the website. If your order is unable to ship within 24 hours, we will hold your funds as a deposit on the goods until the product ships. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after payment received, we will issue a credit by the charged payment method for the amount of the charge.
CAN I CANCEL/ADJUST MY ORDER?
We normally send your order information to the manufacturer at the end of the purchasing day and we could not make any adjustment or cancellation if the order has already dispatched. Depending on the order's status at that time, we will inform you whether or not you are able to cancel/adjust your order.
Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
